Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide a transparent fee structure. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before making any payment.
- Admission & Registration Fees: Once paid, the registration/application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Tuition & Term Fees:
- Cancellation before the start of the academic term: 75% of the tuition fee will be refunded (excluding registration and material charges).
- Cancellation within the first two weeks of the term: 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded.
- After two weeks, no refund of tuition fees will be provided.
- Daycare Fees: Monthly daycare fees are non-refundable once the month has commenced. In case of withdrawal, a 15-day written notice is required; prepaid fees for subsequent months will be refunded in full.
- Medical / Relocation Exception: In genuine cases of prolonged medical treatment or permanent relocation outside Bangalore, a pro-rata refund may be considered at the management’s discretion upon submission of valid documents.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days to the original payment method or bank account provided.
- Cancellation of Transport & Other Services: Transport fees are refundable only if cancelled before the start of the service month.
